Help if you can please. My flashtube died and B&H seems to be the only store that sells it. They are temporarily out of stock and have no idea when it will arrive.
My Excalibur is my mainlight and I can't find a replacement anywhere.
Does anyone know of a compatible flash tube or where I can find one of these.
I have even tried to find out how to contact SP Studio and can't find that info either grrrrr I wish I could just scrap the light and go with a popular mono because if this is the problem now I sure hope when I need more I don't have to go through this again. I plan to order two if I can from some where but they are 70 dollars so two would have to do at least then I could have a back up.
I am going to try and call B&H and ask to speak with a saled manager to ask if there is anyway I can have them pull two or one from a unit to sell to me but who knows if they would be willing.
